My Journey to Fitness

My path to becoming a fitness trainer wasn’t a straight line. After college, I knew I wanted to do something meaningful, something that isn’t just a job, but a passion. Fitness was that thing for me. I’ve spent countless hours learning everything I could from getting certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist to understanding how to make workouts fun and effective for everyone.

I’ve had my share of fitness ups and downs, and I know what it’s like to start from scratch. I wasn’t a fitness enthusiast growing up but later on in life, I realised that it was the right thing for me.

There were days I struggled to stay motivated and days I felt lost. But through each challenge, I learned more about what makes fitness enjoyable and effective. These experiences are what I bring to you real, relatable, and full of insights from someone who’s been there.
